How to enter my Unlock Code on Nokia ?

Model : Most Nokia's (excluding BB5 Models)

1 - Switch ON your phone without a SIM Card
2 - Enter the +7 code we emailed you ( e.g. #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# )
Important Note:
If your model is a Nokia BB5 Model then you need to enter #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1#  (XXX's = the code we sent you)

The letter P will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * )  3 times
The letter W will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * )  4 times
The letter + will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * )  2 times 

3 - The phone should show the message "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message to confirm that is it unlocked!
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes we sent you.

If nothing happens after you enter the full unlocking code, re-enter the code using these alternative method.

Alternative method 1: Most Nokia's

1 - Switch ON your phone with a sim card that it does NOT accept
2 - The phone will either prompt you for a restriction code or give you the option to click on "undo"
3 - Now re-enter the unlock code and you should get the message  "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message.
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes we sent you.

Alternative method 2: Newer Models : e.g. Nokia 6010, 6020, 6021, 6101

1 - Switch ON your phone with a sim card that it accepts and allow the phone to load to the main screen
2 - Now type the unlock code and press the green call button to enter it (you may not need to hit the green button)
3 - You should get the message  "SIM Restriction Off" or a similar message to confirm that the phone is now unlocked.
4 - You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose to enter all the codes we sent you.
5. If the #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# code does not work try the  #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1# code.

Unlock Codes Troubleshooting:

Error - "Code error message"

Do not attempt entering any further unlock codes if you get this message. You only get 5 attempts at getting the correct unlock code and after that you will no longer be able to unlock your phone using unlock codes. Check and email us the information below;

1. IMEI Number: (Type *#06# and make sure the IMEI given matches the one on the sticker in the battery compartment)
2. Current Network: (This the name of the network that the phone currently only accepts sim card from)
3. Nokia Model:
4. Your Order number: (or you can supply this info by reply to the email we originally sent you with the unlock code(s)

This information is critical in order for us to generate the correct unlock code. Email us this info so that we can regenerate your unlock code.

Error - "cannot undo restriction / not allowed"

This message means that you have used up your 5 attempts that you get to enter the correct unlock code. You phone can no longer be unlocked using unlock codes. The only way you will now be able to unlock you phone is by purchasing unlocking hardware and/or software to physical unlock your phone using an unlock data cable.

Note: If you got this message in less than 5 attempts, bear in mind that the previous owner may have already used up some of the 5 attempts. Unfortunately, there is no way of resetting the counter on the phone.
